What makes a Vector bottle different from the one next to it?

Two things you can check yourself. Every nasal lot is assayed by Summit BioAnalytics before it goes on sale, and that certificate is published in our COA Library with the same lot number printed on your bottle — you can open it before you order and verify it against the lab directly. And content is graded not less than label claim: every lot came back over, and the certificate says by how much.

Are these suitable for clinical or human use?

No. Everything we sell is a research chemical intended for in-vitro and laboratory research only. Nothing here is for human or veterinary use, clinical trials, or any therapeutic application, and we will cancel orders that indicate otherwise.

How should I store material when it arrives?

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C on arrival and keep the bottle out of direct light. Do not freeze it — freeze-thaw cycling is the fastest way to degrade a peptide in solution. Orders ship in insulated packing that holds temperature through normal transit.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders confirmed before 1PM CT on a business day leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business morning. You get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

All 50 US states and US territories, plus Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $250. We are not shipping to other countries yet.

What if a bottle arrives damaged or short?

Photograph it before you open anything and email us within 72 hours of delivery. A broken seal, a cracked bottle, a pump that will not prime, or a fill volume that does not match the label gets replaced or refunded — no return shipment required.

What do the certificates actually test?

Accepted Answer

Identity, HPLC purity, total content per bottle, bacterial endotoxins, heavy metals, and the USP <61>/<62> microbial limits panel for the nasal route — including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which food-style panels leave out. They do not report delivered dose per actuation, chromatograms, or sterility, and the COA Library says so plainly rather than letting you assume otherwise.
