Shipping Policy

Orders confirmed before 1PM CT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business morning. We do not dispatch on weekends or US public holidays.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created, which is usually before the parcel physically leaves.

We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and Canada. Shipping is free on US orders over $250; below that a flat rate applies at checkout.

Canadian orders may attract duties or brokerage fees on arrival. Those are set by the carrier and the destination authority, and they are the customer's responsibility.

Solutions ship in sealed, tamper-evident bottles with insulated packing that holds refrigeration temperature through a normal delivery window. Parcels are packed discreetly with no compound names on the outside.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening anything and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

A domestic parcel with no tracking movement for five business days is treated as lost, and we will reship or refund at your choice. For international parcels that window is fourteen business days.
